• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary software development team.

• Product Owner for the Customer Portal, Employee Portal, and Partner Portal.
• Establish and mature development processes aligned with ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 requirements.

• Scale internal engineering capability while reducing dependency on external contractors.
