My journey in technology started with a deep love for problem-solving and creation, which led me to earn degrees in Computer Science from TU Delft and Haagse Hogeschool. I began as a mobile iOS developer, eventually shifting to full-stack web development. Over time, my role evolved from building applications to leading high-performing teams.

What matters most to me now is ensuring that technology works hand-in-hand with business strategies. I focus on bringing innovation and efficiency into every project I lead. My leadership style is grounded in agile methodologies and data-driven decisions, making sure that what we deliver creates real, tangible value.
